What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Manager position at Booz Allen?
Key Role:
Manage corrective action activities and plans from external ISO audits, improvement, and quality training activities. Develop and maintain quality performance metrics and using your knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and perform internal audits based. Evaluate documents and records to establish conformance with the office Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, manage opportunities for improvement activities, including production process changes, quality performance, time, cost, schedule, and performance risk, develop and maintain quality performance metrics, and evaluate documents and records to establish conformance with the office QMS. Identify root causes underlying QMS nonconformance issues, conduct QMS, quality awareness, and quality tool training, identify and implement process improvements and reengineering efforts, identify gaps in QMS conformance, and track and report on QMS activities.
Basic Qualifications:
8 years of experience with quality assurance activities
Experience with ISO 9001:2015 standard and performing internal audits based on this standard
Experience with managing quality programs and conducting quality audits
Experience with developing performance metrics
Experience with managing ISO Standards training programs
Experience with conducting training
Experience with overseeing process improvement programs
Experience with writing and presenting reports
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor's degree
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
