Key Role:
Lead and contribute to a team of experienced Business Continuity (BC), Disaster Recovery (DR), All-Hazards Crisis Management, and Cybersecurity Incident Response (IR) professionals to support clients in designing and implementing best-in-class response and recovery capabilities. Manage complex, concurrent projects for large, commercial clients and develop high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Advise clients on the latest cybersecurity and resilience trends to clearly convey how BC, DR, CM, and IR enable commercial organizations to navigate highly impactful events and protect financial, operational, and reputational well-being. Mature, design, and apply Booz Allen’s products and services to assess clients’ enterprise recovery capabilities, facilitate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Crown Jewel (CJ) workshops, and document response and recovery strategies for complex, multinational organizations. Lead and contribute to sales capture, proposal development, client delivery, project execution, financial management, and resource management. This position will require travel of up to 25% of the time.
Basic Qualifications:
5 years of experience with managing Business Continuity or Disaster Recovery programs by leveraging people, processes, and technology, including building diverse delivery teams and working with stakeholders to identify obstacles and construct optimal solutions for specific challenges
5 years of experience in leading consulting project delivery with commercial organizations or leading cross-functional business groups in a large corporate environment to scope optimal outputs, define milestones, and achieve tight timelines
Experience with engaging senior client partners, including directors and above to sell resilience and BCDR consulting engagements, identifying business opportunities for new and existing clients, fostering positive client relationships, and developing mutually beneficial partnerships with clients, internal account teams, and external vendors
Experience with designing and implementing BC and DR programs enabling clients to scale and govern programmatic activities across diverse business segments, interdependent technical environments, or geographical regions.
Ability to be a self-starter, thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment, lead and mentor others, work independently, and foster collaborative environments while leading multiple projects across challenging commercial and consulting environments
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Additional Qualifications:
Experience with designing and leading workshops that engage stakeholders to quantify critical business processes and systems and mapping downstream dependencies and shared resources on software, hardware, datasets, and third parties
Experience with documenting response and recovery plans, performing manual operations on failover technologies to recovery environments, responding to cybersecurity incidents, and transferring services to alternate suppliers or sites
Experience with Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Copilot
Knowledge of designing, planning, and executing tabletop exercises, functional exercises, no-notice drills, or executive wargames
Knowledge of the NIST Framework Incident Response Life Cycle, key process steps, IR Plans, playbooks, and cyber-related scenarios
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and supporting areas, including system architecture, recovery requirements, storage, database, networks, backups, security, and operating systems
Ability to write and edit articles for public dissemination, showcasing thought leadership in cybersecurity and resilience best practices in support of sales and marketing objectives

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
