The Opportunity:
As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We need your extensive military industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our clients’ most complex Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) problems and find solutions that keep our nation safe.
You’ll provide subject matter expertise in support of Intelligence and Joint Fires JADC2 problem sets. You’ll work with software developers, engineers, and other product owners to provide solutions to both Government and Commercial customers. You’ll leverage your intelligence community and joint targeting background to analyze operations systems and configuration, enable system needs, develop data solutions, and interact with internal and external stakeholders on customer needs in development of data transport, processing, and sharing for JADC2. You’ll take a leadership role in generating intellectual capital to help the firm grow its business. You will use your experience to aid in the development and experimental execution of scenarios that stress JADC2 systems and assist with the collection and analysis of after actions and lessons learned information that will be used to develop and deliver JADC2 capabilities of the warfighter in a high operation tempo experiment cycle.

You Have:
- Experience in an operational role in the military in fires, joint fires, joint fire support operations, joint targeting, joint and operational planning, command and control, or assessments
- Experience as an Action Officer on a Headquarters staff, such as joint or service component
- Knowledge of Joint Fires Support Capabilities and Planning, Joint Targeting Cycle, Joint Fires Employment, Target Acquisition and Engagement, and Dynamic Targeting ‘Kill Chain’, such as F2T2EA
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience working in a joint or service component’s operations center, such as JOC, MOC, AOC, or TOC
- Experience in data science or analytics
- Experience providing technical guidance to the S&T community, including designers, developers, integrators, testers, and evaluators
- Experience in science and technology (S&T), experimentation of new and emerging technologies, or modeling and simulation
- Experience with battlespace awareness and C4ISR tools Knowledge of Joint Fires Support Digital C2 Systems, including JADOCS, AFATDS, JTT, MIDB, TBMCS, TTWCS, CAC2S, AEGIS/VAWS, BC3, IBCS, TAIS, or DACAS
- Knowledge of tactical datalink (TDL) communications and multi-sensor data fusion and correlation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $106,200.00 to $242,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
