This summer you will have the exciting opportunity to work on our Reverse Logistics Team. You will support the team in researching the causes of returns and solutions for recommerce. Your contribution will have a significant impact on the operations, the logistics network and our brands! This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, Utah. Frequently Asked Questions What is a day in the life of a Reverse Logistics Intern? Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to analyze return trends, identify root causes, and provide insights to improve overall product quality and customer satisfaction. Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, warehouse, and sales, to facilitate effective communication and resolution of return-related issues. Inventory Management: Assist in managing reverse logistics inventory, including updating systems, tracking returned products, and coordinating with warehouse teams for restocking or disposal. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and propose improvements to reverse logistics processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline operations. Customer Satisfaction: Work towards providing a positive customer experience by resolving return-related queries promptly and professionally. What will I need to thrive in this role? Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving business needs and technologies. What does high performance look like? Consistently drive improvements in forecasting accuracy and inventory optimization. Efficiently automate manual processes to enhance efficiency. Deliver actionable insights through well-designed reports and presentations. Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancement and innovation. What is the team like? As a Reverse Logistics Intern, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts and supply chain experts. You'll report to the VP of Recommerce and have mentoring opportunities with operations leadership. This team is data driven and results oriented.
