Be responsible for the support to all functions with respect to staffing, HR policy implementation, training, performance review, compensation and organization development. Assists the line managers/supervisors to implement human resources practices that enable them to achieve their goals relative to the operations of the business. 2. Actively communicates with management team and employees to promote positive employee relations, resolves potential conflicts and identifies potential opportunities that benefit the organization and the development of our personnel. 3. Implement & continuously optimize HR policies, system and process to help improving organization efficiency and employee’s experience in BorgWarner 4. Have insight of business team and help the team to achieve organization optimization and improve team engagement and the stability of key talents. 5. Lead and implement HR projects, such as new employee engagement program, new leader assimilation and craftsman award etc., to improve employee engagement. 6. Establish internal talent growth channel, fully discover, reserve internal talent and build solid talent pipeline through IDP follow up and tailored projects. 7. Be responsible for recruitment of relevant departments, using various channels to meet recruitment requisitions and building talent pool. 8. Help organization to establish appropriate value and promote company culture and assure organization development 9. Deal with employee issues and coach & guide other members of the organization as required developing, implementing, and maintaining consistent conformance to employee relation objectives. 10. Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or psychology or business 2. 5 years of experience in human resource 3.
