Digital Delivery Lead

Work as part of an agile team to design and develop a digital ecosystem to increase the transparency, collaboration and overall speed of delivery for digital solutions within the GS organization. Key elements of the ecosystem are as follow:

Success tracking - Establish and Alignment Success Criteria, including rollout. Identification of KPIs for Overall GS Digitalization performance tracking, reporting collection process & tools dev. Including consolidated dashboard reporting, conduction baselining and collecting inputs

Digital Community - Ensure overall alignment of Digital Communities to Digital Strategy. Single point of entry, improve UX, and increase associate engagement to improve collaboration & know how

Digital Marketplace - Development, Oversight and Maintenance of a web-based market of digital solutions that can be shared globally across all GS Service Areas. Creation and scaling of a Marketplace platform, engagement strategy and metrics

Digital Roadmap - Define criteria for roadmap inputs and creation of process to derive detailed digital roadmap together across and with the Service Areas

Expert delivery - PM and technical resource needs identification and allocation (direct support, demand management & bidding platform i.e. SkillHub). Define criteria for and establish Resource Pools, build up of expert resources throughout the organization

The position will...

• Act as the technical delivery lead for the Success tracking workstream, with the objective to develop automated tracking and reporting of the GS digital projects and initiatives
• Work with team members to ensure on-time delivery of deliverables
• Act as an escalation point for risk mitigation and issue resolution within the project
• Escalates respective issues to program management
• Facilitate regular status meetings within the project team
• Design & deliver stakeholder management and communication on a individual workstream/project level in alignment with change management lead on program level
• Facilitates regular checkpoints across the project implementation phases to ensure readiness to move on
• Reports status to workstream and program management
• Support the delivery of additional elements of the ecosystem as needed

• Experience working with automation and digital tools
• Strong communications skills with proven ability to collaborate with others and work as a part of a team
