Job Description

Within the Vehicle Motion Division we design and develop state-of-the art safety and motion solutions for passenger cars, light trucks, and up to medium heavy truck. Vehicle Motion provides solutions for mobility through steering, braking, occupant safety, and vehicle dynamic sensors. Vehicle Motion is also a leader in the software and services that will support the future of Software Defined Vehicles.
- Responsible for all financial reporting and analysis including product line P&L reporting to consistently ensure on time delivery (OTD) and first pass yield (FPY) for all business plan, current forecast and month end closing activities.
- Responsible for special revenue tracking and analysis. Business partner for the sales customer and controlling teams to consistently ensure on time delivery (OTD) and first pass yield (FPY) for all business plan, current forecast and month end closing activities.
- Transfer price responsible for the Vehicle Motion Division in NA. Responsible for transfer price calculation ensuring compliance of business model rules as well as legal requirements.
- Assume lead role for product cost controlling for relevant production plants in NA, including Mexico and act as the main interface with those plants on all finance controlling matters.
- Prepare financial presentations and support financial reviews for the NA organization.
- Drive special projects and perform project calculations to support analysis/decision-making by leadership team.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- Minimum of 3 years of finance, accounting or financial analysis experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA
- Experience with Essbase, SAP, Hyperion and PnL Series
- Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills
- Strong analysis, presentation, communication and independent working skills
- 2-4 years plant and/or cost or sales controlling experience
- Automotive or related industry experience
