Job Description
- 8-12 years of Work experience
- Strong fundamentals in Mechanics of Solids and Engineering Mechanics
- Hands on experience in FE Analysis of Auto parts (preferred, electronic components reliability)
- Exposure to field measurement, validation techniques such as warpage, DMA and TMA measurements.
- Experience in Automotive Electronic Products & exposure to plastic / Die cast material would be added advantage
- Experienced in Nonlinear (Material /Contact /Geometric) and thermo-mechanical FEA simulations using ANSYS / Abaqus
- Experience in building FE models with Altair Hypermesh for complex geometries and assemblies.
- Experience in handling non-linear material models and low cycle fatigue calculations.
- Experience in handling manufacturing and assembly loads.
- Exposure to measurement and validation techniques such as warpage, DMA and TMA measurements.
- Good to have – Experience in Mold flow and Digimat tool chain to map the fiber orientations in plastic products.
- Good to have - Knowledge in Scripting, APDL, ACT / Python
Qualifications
- ME / M. Tech with 8 to 12 years of simulation experience - Mechanical/ Production/ Aerospace/ Material science/ Automotive/ Civil (Structural background)
- BE / B. Tech with 10 to 12 years of simulation experience - Mechanical/ Civil (Structural background)
