Social Media Marketing Consultant / Website Manager
- act as a Bosch internal social media marketing consultant and support our internal customers on their external social media channels and website(s)
- manage website content and design research/creation, maintain content calendar
- interact with followers, reply to inquiries, engage on social channel
- develop and nurture new followers
- create newsletter
- organize events (online and off-line)
- report on analytics for social media, newsletter and website traffic
- market Bosch internal product
- Social Media Trend-spotting
- Bachelor degree in Business Management / Marketing / Communication or related-field
- Deep understanding of social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, blogs, etc.
- Experience with social media monitoring, management tools and analytic tools
- Proficiency in performing detailed KPI reports across the various social media channels for internal-customer use
- Experience in brand/agency-side social media, advertising, or brand marketing
- Proficiency in Graphic Design for the use of creating branded social media content in alignment with brand guidelines
- Excellent organizational, writing, presentation & communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Ability to work independently
