Company Description
- Troubleshoot and resolve data communication problems.
- Perform network, system, and application configurations per specifications and requirements.
- Support organization in data acquisition and utilizing industry 4.0 solutions
- Develop and maintain critical production reports for supporting and optimizing manufacturing operations and processes.
- Perform system validation per project scope documentations and requirements.
- Provide advanced analytical tools and reports for various levels of production.
- Assess production machines and equipment for networking and data acquisition capabilities to meet project requirements.
- Work with cross-functional areas to develop and implement sustainable solutions to meet specific requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (preferably in manufacturing).
- 2 years working in a Manufacturing environment (preferably in Automotive).
- Experience with MS Power BI.
- Experience with various fieldbus architectures (Profibus, DeviceNet, Profinet, Ethernet/IP).
- Basic knowledge & experience in SQL; ability to setup and configure databases and perform basic queries.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and securities.
- Basic knowledge of industrial communication protocols (MTConnect, OPC-UA, FOCAS, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of network communications of IT, automation devices and machines.
- Strong analytical skills; be able to apply statistics to system data in order to refine data analytics.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs and interpreting ladder logic.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and writing; ability to generate high quality reports, presentations and documentations.
- Preferred decent knowledge in object-oriented programming (C #, Python or similar).
