Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join Bosse.net. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the digital marketing strategy, ensuring a consistent and compelling online presence across all platforms. Your work will involve creating, editing, and designing high-quality content that aligns with our brand’s standards and engages our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Social Media Management:
- Develop, shoot, edit, and design content for social media, websites, and email campaigns, covering areas such as Pickleball, Events, Entertainment, and Restaurant promotions.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring a steady stream of timely and relevant posts.
- Oversee social media platforms, engage with followers, and drive community growth.
Analytics & Campaign Optimization:
- Track and analyze performance metrics for digital campaigns, social media, and website traffic.
- Provide regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations to enhance content and campaign performance.
- Optimize website content for SEO and collaborate with web developers to improve the user experience.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Partner with the food and beverage team and the retail department to ensure digital content aligns with promotions, events, and brand messaging.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotions, and segment lists for targeted communication.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize for maximum ROI.
Brand & Reputation Management:
- Monitor and manage the facility’s online reputation, responding to reviews and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all digital content reflects the high standards and quality of the Bosse brand.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Strong skills in shooting, editing, and designing content.
- Proficient in data analysis with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
