BCG Platinion launched in Germany in 2000 to add deep technical expertise to the Boston Consulting Group's existing capabilities. Our New York-based North American team began in 2014 and in 2017 acquired MAYA Design, a Pittsburgh-based digital design and innovation lab, to grow our capabilities around technology and design.

You're Good At:
- Orchestrating technical project delivery across business stakeholders, complex vendor landscapes and technology ecosystems
- Diagnosing current state technology and assisting in developing future state IT architecture through technical requirements and evaluation (e.g., vendor landscape, vendor assessments/selections automation, tech cost benefits analysis, eCommerce, platform valuation and design)
- Delivering data and digital platforms using at least one technique such as Agile, DevSecOps, and Cloud native architectures
- Developing technology strategies and roadmaps that enable the client's defined business outcomes
- Implementing governance frameworks to guide decision making and address change in a complex environment
- Evaluating the differences between software and cloud services providers based on business use cases
You Bring:
- BA/BS in information technology, business administration, computer science, business management, or system controls or a related field
- 2 years of professional experience in the execution and management of technology
- Experience in IT organization (prior experience at a consulting organization highly preferred) and process development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- The ability to perform in high pressure situations
- The ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment-proposing innovative ideas, building empathy within the firm, and winning the trust of the clients
- A highly professional and driven mindset, with the ability to think strategically and end-to-end
- Entrepreneurial know-how, proactiveness, and productiveness

- Good interpersonal skills, but also judgment independency and autonomy

- Purposeful travel based on client and business needs. Expect 30-50% travel

The first year base compensation for this role is $110,000 in USD.
In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and BCG's Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution. BCG also provides a market leading benefits package described below.
