As a contract Senior Operations Specialist, you’ll act as liaison to multiple internal teams, including IT, Finance, Learning & Development, Procurement, Legal, and others. You’ll support the Operations Manager with the implementation of tasks and processes related to internal Design Studios operational needs, including recruiting, onboarding, training, vendor management, finance, and event planning.
You’ll drive weekly and monthly reporting and analysis in collaboration with global reporting teams to connect DS input and numbers with global reporting. You’ll be the contact person for all risk management, security, hard- and software, and licensing topics in close cooperation with the responsible IT departments and the DS leadership.
Finally, your role also involves assisting in the day-to-day management of outsourced vendor programs, including recruiting, onboarding, quality and turnaround time, adherence to BCG standards, client satisfaction, billing accuracy, and contract compliance, as well as maintaining external professional relationships to ensure the continuous availability of specialized expertise, freelancers, etc. You’ll also be in charge of updating manuals for our vendors and managing communication among vendors.

- You have a bachelor's or similar degree in business, marketing, or a related field, preferably with strong design knowledge.
- You’ve gained at least four to six years of experience in a professional services environment, design start-up or agency.
- You have solid experience in defining workflow processes.
- You’ve gained experience working with performance systems, both people- and agency-related.
