Pet Care Pro (Full Time)

You are: an animal lover who also has excellent administrative and organizational skills. You have experience working with animals, preferably with a pet care company. You are super flexible, responsible and friendly, and you are willing to do (almost!) anything to make sure our pets, customers and staff are happy.

Responsibilities

• Full-time, salaried position in support of daily neighborhood operations

• Daily walks, including ‘off peak’ walks

• Staff training on new dogs

• Admin support

• Scheduling and on call shifts

• Office hours

• Attend routine staff meetings

• Walk audits and quality control checks

• General office management, including key maintenance

Experience/Requirements

• Experience working with pets

• Car preferred

• Ability to do physical labor and work outdoors in all kinds of weather

• Customer service experience

• Administrative skills, including using software for scheduling (Scout), email (Google Workspace), CRM, etc.

• Flexible, responsive, attention to detail, fastidious, dependable

Schedule

• 40 hours per week, may include one weekend day

• Generally 9:00 - 5:00, with variation and flexibility required

Compensation and Benefits

• $570 per week

• Keep 100% of customer tips
