Here at Ashley Homestore/Furniture & ApplianceMart, we are looking for people that have a desire to learn and grow in their career. If that is you, join our Sales Team as a full-time Furniture Sales Professional. Our first year Sales Professionals can expect to earn on average between $40,000 - $60,000.
We are looking for talented people that have a desire to learn and start a career in sales. We will train you! This is a commissioned position.* We offer an hourly rate of $20 during our 60 day training program.*

What you will be doing each day:
- Warmly greet our customers and have a great conversation with them about their wants and needs.
- Help the customer create an amazing room to enjoy with their family and friends.
- Answer any questions the customer has about financing and payment plans.
- Close the sale and assure the customer is happy with their purchase.
- Invite the customer to come back and keep in touch.
- At all times be honest and demonstrate integrity in the sales process.
- Follow up with the customer to ensure they love their purchase.

- Previous successful experience in sales or customer service related positions preferred but not required
