About the role:
This is an opportunity to work alongside an engaging, collaborative and highly valued team within Human Resources. We are seeking a team member to support the multifaceted work that is done within the Global Total Rewards and Global HR Operations teams, while showcasing their attention to detail, problem solving, organizational skills and other contributions. This position is based in Marlborough, MA, however, provides a flexible hybrid work mode.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate, organize and lead tasks that support programs and initiatives being driven by Total Rewards and HR Operations.
  • Leverage your communication skills by developing newsletters and employee communications and help create Board level materials.
  • Demonstrate your ability to become a functional resource and knowledgeable about how to get things done within BSC, answering questions from the team and internal customers
  • Participate in agenda development and support the coordination of team meetings, global HR meetings and other events.
  • Manage all billing and invoicing for the teams, including maintaining approvals and tracking budgets.
  • Be an active member of various projects that will allow for exposure to different areas of HR and functional growth.
  • Provide support and manage scheduling for two Vice Presidents along with general team support, including but not limited to travel arrangements, calendar management, and supply maintenance.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1 years of Human Resources or related experience
  • Knowledge of general principles and regulations governing Human Resource principles
  • Must excel with Microsoft Office applications (excel, powerpoint, etc.)
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and activities simultaneously
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Ability to refine and improve processes in an ongoing basis
