As a Technical Administrator at Bottom Line Concepts, you will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and supporting various internal technical systems and tools. You will work closely with our IT and technical teams to ensure all employees have the necessary resources and access for their roles, resolve technical issues, and communicate with external parties when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure internal applications and tools to meet business needs.
- Monitor software updates and ensure applications are up-to-date and secure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues for employees.
- Manage user access and permissions for internal systems and applications.
- Ensure new employees are onboarded seamlessly with the appropriate access.
- Review and audit access rights to maintain security and compliance.
- Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical problems.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining office IT infrastructure.
- Configure and set up new hardware and software for employees.
- Collaborate with teams to design and implement technical solutions for various projects.
- Ensure proper network configurations and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Investigate, report, and track software bugs and issues.
- Work with development teams to prioritize and resolve bugs efficiently.
- Test and validate bug fixes to ensure they are resolved satisfactorily.
- Communicate technical issues and solutions effectively with employees.
- Interface with external vendors and partners when necessary to resolve technical issues or acquire support.
- Document technical procedures, issues, and solutions for reference.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years experience in a technical support or system administration role.
- Technical proficiency with various operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
