The Group Hospitality is a rapidly growing restaurant group, based in NYC. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and responsible HR / Office Assistant to support all admin tasks and onboarding in our DC restaurants : La Grande Boucherie and Olio e Piu (coming soon!).

General Responsibilities :
The HR / Office Assistant undertakes a variety of office support tasks and works diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
The HR / Office Assistant will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Qualifications :
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems, specifically, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Technical and apps savvy is important
- Demonstrates positive characteristics which inspire other team members to meet and exceed standards
- Professional personal presentation
- Communicates information effectively and efficiently
- Ability to perform essential job functions under pressure, maintains professionalism when working under stress
- Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
- Highly organized and efficient
- Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned by the Director of HR and Senior Level Leadership
Essential Functions :
- Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests
- Compiling and maintaining paper, digital, and electronic records
- Processing employee onboarding and assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits
- Supporting accounting, operations, and HR-related programs including training programs, workshops, and seminars
- Coordinating logistics including shipping, meetings, events, new hire orientations
- Writing and submitting reports on accounting, operations, and HR activities
