Bougies Donuts in Sunset Valley, TX is looking for baristas to join our rapidly growing team and is actively hiring now. We are located on 5400 Brodie Ln Suite 930. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.
**Currently hiring FT/PT Baristas. Hours are 7:00am - 3:30pm
Opportunity to turn into Lead Barista position for the right person!
Pay is $12/hr tip pool = $17-$22/hr
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Interact with customers regularly and professionally
Qualifications
- Experience preferred.
- Punctual - Must be able to show up to assigned shifts on time
- High energy with able to greet all customers with great attitude
- Team motivated
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude during high volume periods
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
