What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at BOULETTES LARDER?
Boulettes Larder focuses on the finest seasonal, artisanal and local products with a varied Mediterranean vocabulary. The restaurant features a wood oven–focused dining room off of the central nave of the Ferry Building, as well as an outdoor patio that faces the Bay Bridge. It presents a casual lunch and dinner menu in a comfortable and beautiful setting. Many locals, international visitors, artists and chefs comprise our regular clientele. Boulettes Larder has been recognized as a top Michelin destination restaurant since 2006.

- Strict expectations for reliable available each week from Tuesday-Friday in the afternoons to the late evenings, and on Saturday from the morning to the early evening.
- Must be able to read and speak English.
- Ability to learn, describe and explain the menu items that will be employed in the role of the line cook so that you understand the role that your preparations play in creating an exceptional guest experience.
- Provide seamless back-up for our wood-oven station and cold station as a second to these critical team roles, with the ability to step in/trade off as required.
- Full time hours are available.
