- Basic facility maintenance
- Assist in keeping a neat, clean business environment
- Basic grounds keeping
- Perform weekly walk-through
- Apply over-locks weekly
- Cut locks as needed
- Send weekly report to management
- Maintain constant and clear communication with management
- Available to be on call to assist in emergency situations
- Fantastic, easy job for the pay
- Must be reliable and easy to communicate with
- MUST HAVE CLEAN BACKGROUND
- TRUCK PREFERRED
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $600.00 per month

COVID-19 considerations:
Our facility is 100% automated. Our Maintenance Manager will not have to regularly interact with Customers. Only with special circumstances will the Manager need to meet a Customer on-site.

- Texarkana, AR 71854: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
