Primary Duties: Find houses that qualify for solar and schedule them for a free information session with a solar professional that offers them the opportunity to go solar, saving the homeowner money, and expands the reach of clean energy, at no-cost to them
Entry Level Sales Compensation:
- Industry-leading commission structure
- First year on target earnings $80,000. Top performers make $250,000

Entry Level Sales Rep Responsibilities:
- Master lead generation first hand as you hone your selling and communication skills
- Build rapport with potential customers to earn appointments and meet your monthly sales and appointment setting quotas.
- Meet team and individual competitive pre and post-sales goals
- Be capable of handling customer rejection
- Qualify prospective customers for residential solar solutions
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be self-driven & highly motivated
- Strong work ethic a must
Desired Experience and Qualifications for Entry Level Sales Reps:
