Position Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
  • Inform guests about payment methods and verify their credit card data
  • Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
  • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
  • Manage online and phone reservations
  • Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
  • Confirm group reservations
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,630.21 - $45,318.10 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability
  • Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Carolina Beach, NC 28428: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Hotel management (Preferred)
  • Hospitality (Preferred)
