A wholesale distributor of HVAC equipment and appliance parts is searching for a motivated and customer-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join their team at their Nashville, TN location! This is a temp-to-hire position where you will primarily work at the counter, providing service and selling parts to customers. You will also assist in the warehouse as needed. Warehouse Clerk Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a warehouse, distribution, or showroom environment
- Familiarity with HVAC and appliance parts is preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with AS400 systems is a plus
- Physical ability to assist in the warehouse as needed
Warehouse Clerk Responsibilities:
- Assist customers at the counter by selling HVAC and appliance parts
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Handle customer inquiries and phone calls efficiently
- Occasionally assist in the warehouse with inventory and parts management
- Operate the AS400 computer system for order processing (training provided)
