The analyst will play a key role in maintaining the data used by finance and other departments. The analyst will process, collect, manage, and maintain large data sets and conduct analytics to provide high quality information to decision makers. Lead systems integrations and ensure data integrity principles are followed enterprise wide.
Duties And Responsibilities

The analyst will play a key role in maintaining the data used by finance and other departments. The analyst will process, collect, manage, and maintain large data sets and conduct analytics to provide high quality information to decision makers. Lead systems integrations and ensure data integrity principles are followed enterprise wide.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Gather needs from department leaders and decision-makers and manage information deliverables.
- Clean and maintain ERP, CRM and PLM data, and conduct continuous improvement exercises to maintain quality.
- Prepare business analytics presentations for the Executive Leadership team.
- Lead projects and assist in the development of internal controls over financial reporting.
- Assist the Forecasting, Planning and Analysis Manager in development of forecast, budgets, and standardized dashboards for departments and various roles.
- Manage day-to-day ticketing in various systems.
- Regularly audit user roles and permissions in various systems.
- Lead and monitor systems integrations and automated processes.
- Assist the accounting team in standardizing processes.
- Administration of Employee Stock Incentive Plans (Stock Options and RSU’s)
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, finance, accounting, or business administration (Preferred)
- 1-4 years of experience in finance or information systems
- Experience with ERP, CRM and PLM systems (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, strict confidentiality
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze complex financial data and draw meaningful insights.
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP program
- Use of Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
