Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
· Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails
· Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
· Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing documents
· Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
· Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
· Transcribe meeting minutes and other important information
· Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
· Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members
· Other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
· Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively
