Description
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County is currently accepting applications for Database Coordinator. Database Coordinator is responsible for gift processing, advancement reporting, database management, advancement logistics, receptionist duties, and administrative compliance.
Duties include but not limited to: accurately enter data into donor database, responsible for donor acknowledgements, track key performance indicators, data mining, report production, provide event support such as scoping vendors and event marketing support, receptionist duties such as answering the phone, welcoming guests, and accepting packages.
This job is performed in a normal office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and at times loud. Work sites are located in low income areas, challenging neighborhoods, and growth neighborhoods. Position requires regular work hours that mirror regular business hours with periodic nights and weekends.
Requirements
Education and Work Experience Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Administrative or clerical experience preferred
Qualifications include
- Ability to work regular business hours; including some evenings, nights and weekends
- Ability to set and meet goals in a timely fashion through self-sufficiency
- Ability to work collaboratively in groups
- Ability to work independently and adhere to strict deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and knowledgeably in both the written and spoken word.
- Must have demonstrated ability to plan, implement and evaluate projects
- Efficient typing skills and administrative skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively and possess good judgement
- Organizational aptitude to tackle multiple, wide-ranging tasks at once, while utilizing skills of time and task management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Drive
- Must be able to pass agency background screens and drug screen at any time
- Position requires driving personal vehicle. Candidate must have satisfactory driving record, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance for operation of a motor vehicle relevant to carrying out duties and to be covered under company insurance the requirement is for the employee to be a minimum of age 21
Pay & Benefits
Minimum Pay: $20.00 per hour (nonexempt full time)
