The HSE Performance & Systems Analyst will support HSE analytic monitoring, reporting, and continual improvement processes.

Key Accountabilities

• Provides day-to-day monitoring of the HSE Performance & Systems activities

• Ongoing development, review, and implementation of HSE systems and risk management strategies

• Assists HSE Performance & Systems Team in the development of HSE Key Performance Indicators (lagging & leading) and ensures recorded, maintained, and reported

• Supports continuous improvement of verification program including Bowtie Analysis and Barrier-Based Risk Management

• Analyses HSE information for managing non-conformances, the development of corrective and preventive actions, and the tracking of such actions through to closure

• Actively supports HSE data analytic processes and tools including, but not limited to, Power Bi reporting

• Assists on the development and review of documentation (Standards, Plans, Procedures, Guidelines, etc.) to provide effective control of HSE risks

• Collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to ensure continuity of requirements

• Continuously reassess priorities and support HSE leadership teams with special initiatives/projects

Essential Education and Experience:

• Relevant HSE or operational experience 5 years

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform a plus but not a requirement

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate closely with different teams to build a sustainable safety culture.

• Proven experience in creating, managing, and optimizing systems across a distributed business

• Proven experience in relationship management, including partnering with and influencing internal stakeholders, both in person and virtually

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data

• Experience working in a virtual team environment

• Growth mindset: Proven ability to learn and adapt quickly.
