The HSE Performance & Systems Analyst will support HSE analytic monitoring, reporting, and continual improvement processes.

Key Accountabilities
Provides day-to-day monitoring of the HSE Performance & Systems activities
Ongoing development, review, and implementation of HSE systems and risk management strategies
Assists HSE Performance & Systems Team in the development of HSE Key Performance Indicators (lagging & leading) and ensures recorded, maintained, and reported
Supports continuous improvement of verification program including Bowtie Analysis and Barrier-Based Risk Management
Analyses HSE information for managing non-conformances, the development of corrective and preventive actions, and the tracking of such actions through to closure
Actively supports HSE data analytic processes and tools including, but not limited to, Power Bi reporting
Assists on the development and review of documentation (Standards, Plans, Procedures, Guidelines, etc.) to provide effective control of HSE risks
Collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to ensure continuity of requirements
Continuously reassess priorities and support HSE leadership teams with special initiatives/projects
Essential Education and Experience:
Relevant HSE or operational experience 5 years
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform a plus but not a requirement
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate closely with different teams to build a sustainable safety culture.
Proven experience in creating, managing, and optimizing systems across a distributed business
Proven experience in relationship management, including partnering with and influencing internal stakeholders, both in person and virtually
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
Experience working in a virtual team environment
