BREWPUB LEADER

BRÜ DADDY’S is currently seeking a passionate, eager, and experienced leader for our busy brewpub in downtown Allentown. This person should be passionate about beer and food, and they should have restaurant management experience. Our ideal candidate is someone who people respect and who can lead a team. You will need to have administrative skills such as scheduling team members, booking large parties and helping with events, and, most importantly, making sure our guests have a good time at Bru Daddy’s and are fully satisfied with their experience.

Brewpub Leader Responsibilities

• Daily management of brewpub operations and coordination of all restaurant activities, including the front-of-house, bar, and kitchen.
• Provide excellent guest service to guests and excellent leadership to our team.
• Lead by example in supervising and performing opening and closing duties of the operation and ensure completion to standards maintaining a clean and well-maintained environment.
• Responsible for cash management at FOH registers, including correct operation of the POS system.
• Recruit and interview potential new team members. Hire, train and develop high potential candidates.
• Ensure a safe working environment and build team cohesion. Represent the company in a professional manner.
• Perform administrative functions of the operation including schedules, team member communication, adherence to company policy and best practices.

Brewpub Leader Requirements & Qualifications

• Associates or 4-year college degree preferred, High School Diploma minimum.
• 3 years’ experience in a brewpub or restaurant leadership position
• Track record of success in restaurant management
• Passion for guest care, food, and creativity
• Work well with the team, motivating people to do their best and hold them to high standards
• Strong multi-tasking skills with an ability to adapt to change and solve problems
• Good people skills with the ability to lead and motivate people.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
