Bradford Elementary School, a Pre-Kindergarten through sixth grade school located in Bradford, Vermont is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the Principal's position, which will start July 1, 2024.
The School Principal provides leadership and management to the school with a primary focus on improving student achievement while maintaining the health and safety of all students and school staff.
Performance Responsibilities include the areas of: Leadership, Communication, Collaboration, Supervision/Evaluation, Student Management, Building Operations, Budgeting, Instructional Leadership and Professional Growth. Experience:
Have previously demonstrated at least three (3) years of successful licensed teaching experience.
Three (3) years of building-level administrative experience is desirable.
Demonstrated experience providing leadership in an academic environment, preferred.
Successful performance in the position held at the time of application.
Equivalent experience shall be considered.
