Job Description
We are seeking a House Supervisor to join our team. The House Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations in the nursing department, ensuring a safe, supportive, and structured environment for individuals undergoing substance abuse treatment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise residential staff: Lead and manage a team of nursing staff members
- Ensure compliance: Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and accreditation standards, including those related to health, safety, and confidentiality.
- Crisis management: Serve as a point of contact for nursing staff and residents during emergencies or crises, implementing appropriate protocols and ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals in the facility.
- Administrative duties: Complete administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and documentation to support the efficient operation of the facility.
- RN License in good standing
- Experience working in a substance abuse treatment facility or similar residential setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage staff and handle crisis situations.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to substance abuse treatment facilities.
- Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery.
