Position Overview
We are in search of an experienced Food Service Subject Matter Expert that will focus on cross selling. Daily responsibilities consist of engaging daily with BradyPLUS Sales Representatives, attending meetings with existing Jan/San customers for the purpose of selling foodservice packaging, and assisting in the pricing and proposals for customer review.
Salary Range : The salary range for the position is $100,000 to $110,000 annually based on experience plus bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with General Managers, Sales Managers, and Sales Representatives in the Southern California area.
- Daily communication with IFS counterparts specifically regarding pricing, procedures, and any other topics necessary to grow cross-selling sales.
- Sales pipeline management of all cross-selling activities including follow up with sales professionals and customers directly.
- Cost and price expertise which includes working with IFS associates and vendors on contract costs and programs to win business.
- GPO engagement which includes contract management, reporting, and use of cost programs to win business.
- Weekly/monthly product training with the sales team.
- Vendor collaboration includes sales ride-alongs, sampling, setup of product showroom, and monthly training.
- This position requires an individual with 5 years of experience in the foodservice industry, preferably in the packaging space.

- Ability to cold call extensively to develop new business
- Strong presentation skills and interpersonal effectiveness
- Ability to work well independently
- Competence in Microsoft Office and general computer usage
- Sales systems experience i.e. online order entry, sales metrics dashboard or CRM experience
