Job Description
As HR Consultant (m/f/d) you are part of our internal HR department. You will be the contact person for managers and employees from selected business units in all operational and strategic HR issues. You will also manage HR projects in a dynamic environment, as our business units are constantly growing and changing.
- Advise and support managers on all operational and strategic HR topics and labor law issues
- Support of employees in all personnel-related issues
- Operational HR work in day-to-day business incl. contract and certification management
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and evaluation of personnel key figures
- Cooperate together with other HR departments like recruiting, personnel development and payroll accounting
- Participate in new and further development of HR processes as well as initiation of process improvements
- Lead and/or be involved in regional and global HR projects
Qualifications
- University degree, preferably with a focus on business administration, human resources or psychology or comparable training
- 5 years of professional experience in an international HR Position, experience in global mobility is a plus
- Very good MS-Office skills and ideally experience in SAP HCM
- Very good written and spoken German and English, any other language is a plus
- Enjoy working with international colleagues
- Service-oriented working style as well as an open and friendly manner
- Team-player qualities as well as being flexible with a good sense of humor
