ABOUT THE HIRING PROCESS:
Qualified candidates will be invited to do a screening interview with the Braintrust staff. We will answer your questions about the project, and our platform. If we determine it is the right fit for both parties, we'll invite you to join the platform and create a profile to apply directly for this project.

- JOB TYPE: Direct Hire Position (no agencies/C2C - see notes below)
- LOCATION: Remote - United States only
- SALARY: $170,000 – $190,000/yr
- ESTIMATED DURATION: 40hr/week - Long term
Some things you might have in your background:
- BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Full-stack Software Development experience in a variety of functional or OO languages (e.g. Ruby, Java, Elixir, Python, C#, Go, Typescript)
- Experience with agile methodologies (XP, kanban, scrum, etc.)
- Experience with full-stack development
- You value cooperation and view software development as a team activity
- You’re comfortable collaborating in a remote environment
- You have strong opinions loosely held
