WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Perform operational tasks within NetSuite (including user access, system and integration troubleshooting, SOX controls)
- Learn and perform operational tasks within some of their additional SAAS tools (Blackline, Coupa, and Concur)
- Triage new requests and interface with stakeholders in JIRA
- Track and report on operational KPIs to management
- Find ways to streamline and automate basic operational tasks
WHO YOU ARE:
- You are experienced with navigating and administering NetSuite
- You ideally are familiar with Blackline, Coupa, or Concur
- You are detail oriented, and care about operational excellence
- You are a clear and concise communicator
- You are able to follow (and improve) operational processes without heavy management oversight
