Our purpose is to connect people with life’s essentials, every day. As a UX Designer your purpose is to design products, systems and services that Brambles internal and external audiences use. To design for the point of use of a product, system or service. Primarily concerned with the user's visible and tangible touchpoints. Ensuring a product useful, usable, accessible, desirable, and valuable. To contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of UX design methods, practice and playbook. Accountabilities of the role may include some or all the following depending on seniority of the role and experience. Ideating, creating and planning Scenarios and journey mapping Wire flows and wire frames for mobile, tablet and desktop devices Visual and interaction design Data visualisation Mock-ups and interactive prototypes Animation and motion design Writing specifications for design systems, style guides and catalogue design patterns Working with engineers to ensure design vision is delivered Video editing Contribute to and facilitate visual thinking workshops Support user test session Collaborate on research findings synthesis Contribute to content design Contribute to UX team design practice and playbook. Work with UX Chapter Lead and peers to define UX scope and roadmaps for initiatives and projects. Essential Qualifications: Degree or equivalent in related field or extensive practical experience having transferred into UX from related field. Experience: 3-5 years in a UX design and/or research department in a consultancy or corporate environment, preferably both. Demonstrate having played a significant part in design phase of an initiative or project. Well versed in visual and interaction design techniques such that they can decide on optimal methods used. Able to work independently and in a group. Able to translate ideas into detailed wire flows, wireframes and high-fidelity mock ups and prototypes to collaborate with product owners, researchers and developers.
