Associate Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Associate Event Coordinator, being a front-line representative of our brand, planning executing our more than 2,000 events each year.

Duties to include:

• Responding to customer inquiries as assigned.
• Partnering with a seasoned coordinator to develop maintain relationships of new existing clients.
• Ensuring successful events that meet both the client needs and company’s profitability guidelines.

• Communicating all relevant information to appropriate departments in a detailed manner.
• Assisting assigned coordinator with event preparation from initial sale through successful completion.
• Handling own book of events independently, maintaining organized thorough to ensure the success of all events.

Skills that will help in this position:

• Relatable experience which may include catering sales and event planning experience.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Technology expertise.

• Experience with menu development, event coordination, BEO origination food concepts.

Work is performed in an office and venue environment that is very fast paced. The ideal candidate must be extremely organized, personable and enthusiastic.
