We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The CRM Coordinator will play a pivotal role in optimizing our customer relationship management (CRM) system and processes, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between our technical teams and clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our firm's growth and success by enhancing client engagement, streamlining information flow, and maintaining accurate CRM data.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. CRM System Management:
    • Administer and maintain the CRM system (Unanet), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
    • Customize the CRM platform to align with the firm's specific needs and processes.
    • Collaborate with IT and software vendors to troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.
    • Manage and run internal meetings with stakeholders to discuss proposals, business development, and client engagement opportunities.
    • Conduct training sessions for new employees to ensure proper utilization of the CRM system.
    • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams regarding CRM-related inquiries and support.
    • Coordinate communication between technical teams and clients to ensure smooth project progress and client satisfaction.
  2. Data Entry and Maintenance:
    • Accurately input and update client information, project details, communications, and interactions within the CRM system.
    • Regularly cleanse and update CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  3. Process Improvement:
    • Identify areas for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in CRM usage, including automation and connectivity with other systems.
    • Develop training materials and resources to support ongoing CRM education.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement streamlined workflows.
  4. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generate and analyze CRM reports to provide insights into client engagement, project status, and business development opportunities.
    • Assist in tracking and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client interactions and relationships.
  5. Business Development:
    • Be the point-of-contact and event coordinator for business development and client engagement efforts and events.

 

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional data entry skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Excellent writing, editing, note taking and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple demands.
  • Ability to adapt to different communication styles.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience within a professional services or engineering environment.
  • Proven experience in CRM administration.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in Unanet is a plus. (Or similar style database such as Deltek Vantagepoint or Salesforce) Understanding of database systems is preferred to generate reports and maintain data.
  • Enjoys a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Familiarity with engineering or technical terminology is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
