Who we are looking for
We are looking for hard working career minded individuals to join our team. This dynamic and motivated individual will be responsible for leading, managing, and growing key global account relationships for Fortune 1000 accounts. The right candidate will build and support client branding initiatives while achieving sales targets across a range of platforms (e-store & custom order) and building multi-level relationships within those clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Establish strong, positive client relationships with contacts on your accounts
· Manage and drive sales growth, brand engagement, and other key metrics with designated accounts
· Work with the team to hit account and company margin and sales goals
· Develop and execute web based marketing plans to enhance customer brand and channel needs
· Develop and maintain relationships with other contacts within your account who engage in and utilize promotional products
· Develop and lead quarterly business reviews with clients
· Manage program implementation for new customers
· Analyze sales trends, reports and other data to determine long term strategic growth plans
- · Work with internal teams (web, merchandising, distribution, inventory buyers, reporting, etc.) to create and maintain an amazing client experience
· Work collaboratively with our internal teams (Merchandising, Creative) to source creative and relevant product for client programs and events
· Familiarity with creating end-user events (Pop-Up Shops, Tabletop Shows, etc…) as needed to help showcase our abilities or to help promote your client’s capabilities
· Help coordinate the assortment and marketing at the company onsite store with the Manager
Qualifications
· Minimum of 5-7 years’ B2B account management experience
· College degree preferred
· Promotional Products Industry experience a plus
· Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team oriented environment where the customer is at the center of our focus and decisions
· Positive attitude, high energy and team oriented.
· Exceptional communication skills
· Organizational and project management skills
· Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the job
· Ability to learn and work in several ERP systems at the same time
· Ability to travel minimally
