We are seeking a highly motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented Web Designer/Developer with design experience to join our team. You will be responsible for design, conversion, layout, coding, and maintenance of various clients’ websites from a variety of industries. You will collaborate with our creative team to design and develop sites that are creative, responsive, and incorporate solid SEO and digital marketing principles.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, implement, customize, and maintain websites using WordPress, Divi, and possibly other popular CMS systems
- Optimize websites for performance and scalability
- Participate in all phases of website quality assurance and troubleshooting
- Design and development of effective landing pages for digital marketing campaigns
- Create monthly client analytics and SEO performance reporting
- Collaborate with our design and marketing teams to provide innovative online solutions
- Research, learn, and make recommendations on new technologies
Key Skills & Experience
- 3 years of web design experience with Adobe Creative Cloud programs
- 3 years of WordPress development experience
- Key knowledge of WordPress and Divi platforms, PHP, and ability to custom code or adjust existing code as necessary
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Understanding of cross-browser/device compatibility issues and ways to work around them
- Deep understanding of SEO principles and implementation strategies
- Experience creating landing pages for digital marketing campaigns with emphasis on conversions
- Experience in ADA website accessibility standards
- Proactive self-starter and a team player
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and effectively manage your time
