Receptionist Job Description & Qualifications

Job Description

The part-time Receptionist must have a confident, positive, calm demeanor, and be able to  multi-task, and handle emergencies. Must be available to start at 4:00 pm on weekdays and varied weekend hours.

 

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of professional Receptionist experience
  • Full criminal background check performed on all employees
  • Must have some flexibility with scheduling
  • Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel)
  • Cheerful, friendly demeanor a must!

Schedule:

Part-time/ Weekends/ some Evenings/ some Holidays/ *Average 8-10 hours per week
