Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for performing clerical duties, in a proficient manner, in an office setting. The following duties will be expected of the Office Clerk while assisting the office manager and business owner:

- Greet clients and utility members in a professional and friendly manner

- Receive and process payments

- sort mail

- organize client files

- file

- answer phones and reroute calls appropriately

- answer basic inquiries

- schedule appointments

- keep office organized

- light cleaning
- various other office duties

Qualifications:

- Excellent people skills

- Problem-solving abilities

- Self-motivation

- Good work ethic

- Punctuality

- Able to lift up to 50lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Benefits:
