What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office administrator position at BrandSafway?
Responsibilities :
Must work closely with Branch and Area Managers and Region Accounting to ensure timely, accurate reporting of sales, billing, time worked, and collections.
Must have computer knowledge including Word and Excel programs.
Must be able to prioritize projects and work independently.
Receive time sheets, rental tickets, purchase receipts from field and submit to customers in electronic format for approvals
Input field data into internal systems for tracking purposes
Invoicing of approved billing items to customers
New hire paperwork, onboarding safety, I9 verification
Communicate with field employees and assist in providing training and completing online training required by BrandSafway and / or customers.
Additional general office duties as requested
Qualifications : Microsoft Office
Microsoft Office
High School Diploma
2 years of office or general admin work experience is preferred
Ability to work 7 am-3 : 30pm with reliable transportation
Must be able to have great attention to detail, maintain focus for extended periods of time, and maintain a high level of accuracy
Physical Demands :
Ability to visit jobsites on an as needed basis
