What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Receptionist position at Brandywine Living?
General Responsibilities
- Answer phones in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information to callers regarding our communities and personnel
- Present a professional appearance
- Greet visitors and announce them appropriately
- Communicate with a variety of vendors, corporate staff and department head supervisors
- Ensure the reception is clean and presentable
- Receive all deliveries and handle accordingly
- Perform various clerical duties such as filing and mass mailing
- Ship packages via Federal Express or UPSP as directed
- Handle various short-term projects for other departments as needed
Requirements
Possess excellent customer service, organizational and problem-solving skills- Deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, in a mature, calm and friendly manner.
- Demonstrate patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, while handling incoming calls from residents and family members
- Experience with computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite
- Multi-line telephone experience a plus and ability to multi-task required
- Ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality
