What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Receptionist position at Brandywine Living?

General Responsibilities


  • Answer phones in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide information to callers regarding our communities and personnel
  • Present a professional appearance
  • Greet visitors and announce them appropriately
  • Communicate with a variety of vendors, corporate staff and department head supervisors
  • Ensure the reception is clean and presentable
  • Receive all deliveries and handle accordingly
  • Perform various clerical duties such as filing and mass mailing
  • Ship packages via Federal Express or UPSP as directed
  • Handle various short-term projects for other departments as needed


Requirements


  • Possess excellent customer service, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, in a mature, calm and friendly manner.
  • Demonstrate patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, while handling incoming calls from residents and family members
  • Experience with computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Multi-line telephone experience a plus and ability to multi-task required
  • Ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality
