What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Branex Group?
· Maintain project timing to ensure customers’ dates are always communicated to the team.
· Create and implement new processes to gain efficiency while maintaining the highest quality and safety.
· Participate in cross functional teams and other duties as required.
· Monitor mold tryouts to satisfy customers expectations.
· Work with account manager to track and manage job flow.
· Ensure project budget is kept up to date and meets project targets.
· Upon project completion prepare and present project overview to management to ensure budgets were achieved.
· Manage all changes or delays driven by the customer or internally.
· Support continuous improvement ideas.
· Maintain organization of the project to ensure all details are controlled.
· Leads the cross functional team to ensure all phases of the program are achievable and signed off in a timely manner.
· Ensure material is ordered as per the BOM and timing meets customer timeline.
· Direct outside services as needed to ensure services meet targeted cost, timing, and quality.
· 3 to 5 years’ experience in a machine shop environment.
· 3 to 5 years’ experience working within the Project Management structure.
· Understanding and use of Microsoft office suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
