Role Description
As a member of our Community Services team, you are the most important ambassador of Brasada HOA. To be successful, you must enjoy being detailed person.
You must thrive in an atmosphere by using attention to detail. You have the necessary energy and engagement to be the best ambassador possible for our wonderful community.
You enjoy working in a job that will bring new challenges every day, and have the adaptability to tackle those challenges and turn them into successes.
You will be a reliable expert on Brasada HOA and have a vast knowledge of the Brasada HOA policies.
General Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours for the Home Owner's Association (HOA) and provide overall support to the HOA office through observe and report.
- Complete DPSST training, CPR certification, and OLCC certification within 90 days of hire
- Complete Alice training for violations reporting
- Complete CC&R and Policies and Procedures document review
- Conduct property visual inspections for any physical or cosmetic damage
- Conduct violations tours, report via Alice software
- Monitor gates
- Speed enforcement
- CC&R and Policies enforcement
- Contractor Pass audits
- Violations tour follow up with Management
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills / Traits
- Previous HOA enforcement service experience preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Positive interpersonal skills required.
- Basic computer and typing skills are required.
- Must be able to multi task and work under pressure.
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills required.
- Must have a valid license with the authorization and ability to drive company vehicles.
- Must be able to remain standing and walking for long periods of the day.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs without assistance.
