Bravera is hiring for a part-time janitor in Killdeer, ND. This position is responsible for general cleaning duties at Bravera Bank. Hours are flexible and performed during non-business hours except when cleaning the vault. This position presents a professional image of Bravera Bank.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Weekly Duties
- Vacuum high-traffic areas and other areas where needed including lobby and Teller area
- Clean countertops, workstations, etc
- Clean bathroom
- Clean offices
- Empty wastebaskets
2. Monthly Duties
- Vacuum conference & meeting room
- Clean windows & entry doors
- Clean out light fixtures
- Maintain adequate stock of supplies by shopping for or ordering the supplies
3. Other duties performed when required
- Clean vault
- Wash walls
- Painting if needed
4. Must observe safety and security procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions to management.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
1. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk and stand. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
2. While performing the duties of this job, the employee maybe exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, wet and /or humid conditions, high places. Employee may work in the vicinity of electrical equipment. On occasion the noise levels may be higher then normal. Employee is expected to use and wear appropriate safety gear.
