ServiceNow Tester

Bravium Consulting is looking for a ServiceNow Tester to join our rapidly growing team in support of a Federal Government client located in Woodlawn, MD.  The tester must have experience working with the ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework and work well in a collaborative team environment.  Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Competent working with Service Catalogs & Catalog Items
• Competent with testing custom workflows for catalog items with associated forms, tasks, approvals, and notifications.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM out of the box table structures (Contract, Location, Asset, Model) as well as unique tables
• System integration testing experience (SOAP, REST, Import Sets/Transform Maps, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Update Sets and migrating update sets through lifecycle environments
• Strong Knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform (Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Workflow)
• Experience testing portal and Service Catalog module
  - Testing request forms, workflows, dashboards, and testing security (including Access Control Lists)
  Good communications skills
• Perform software testing in all phases of the design-develop-test-release-maintain software life cycle
• Understand various development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum, and software testing platforms or environments
• Possess thorough knowledge of several testing tools

Requirements

• 2+ Experience with ServiceNow IT Asset Management 
• 4+ Experience with ServiceNow Testing
• 2+ Experience with ServiceNow Functional Design
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and concretely in writing and verbally.
• Bachelor's degree 
• Active Public Trust Clearance 
• US Citizen
