```Duties```
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patients' care needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred
- Familiarity with memory care, assisted living and rehabilitation is a plus
- Proficient in performing vital signs assessment, catheterization, airway management, and sterile techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively with doctors and other healthcare professionals
