What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Bray Intl Brand?
Provide customers with technical, engineering and project management & execution support in line with specifications and business objectives. This role also includes direct interfacing with EPC Clients, Sales organizations, Integrated Resellers and OEMs.
Responding to Project enquiries either direct from customers, outside sales and internal stakeholders for the supply of valve and automation solutions. Gathering all technical and application detail and developing either a proposal or response which may include valve and actuator sizing, selection of ancillary products, technical clarification, problem solving, design & project scope definition, consolidation & presentation of information and pricing. Liaising with Bray factories, suppliers & customers to ensure project objectives & deliverables are met. Utilize company software packages such as quotation, CRM and ERP systems.
Qualifications: Engineering Degree or similar technical training, or 4 years proven experience in a technical valve environment.
Core Competencies: Valve and actuation sizing & selection knowledge, AutoCad or similar, high level of excel & computer skills, detail orientated, customer focus, information seeking, willingness to learn, enjoy fast paced team environment.
Successful completion of projects, demonstrated sizing and selection of valve and automation, accuracy in quotations & information supplied to customers, customer satisfaction, ensuring all business platforms are utilized and up to date.
